Responsibilities:

• Have an established customer and carrier account base or establish new customer relationships
• Close deals independently, source carriers, negotiate rates, manage issues, and track load status

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the transportation industry
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent communication skills
• Team oriented
• Growth and sales oriented
• Ability to evaluate customer needs
• Good negotiating and selling skills
